Join me for my 14th season hosting this sell-out transformative retreat - an authentic and unforgettable 7-day experience; offering time to connect with yourself and spend time in nature, deepen your yoga & meditation practice, explore yoga philosophy, allow time for self-reflection, and enjoy great company. Our retreat is set on a secluded 700m stretch of golden sand in Southern Goa, nestled amoungst a quiet indian village where it feels like stepping back in time and provides a perfect authentic Goan experience. Accommodation is a luxury beach hut or cabana that blends into the natural surroundings with en suite shower room and air conditioning. Food is delicious Indian and Asian vegetarian dishes & salads - wholesome and nutritious, healthy, locally sourced, and organic wherever possible. We practice yoga in the open-air Shala, overlooking the ocean - a long morning practice of ‘slow flow’, meditation and pranayama to help refine our yoga skills and discussions on yoga philosophy to touch into the deeper, more subtle aspects of the practice. Then, after a spacious few hours of rest and swimming, we gather for a blissful afternoon session with some group reflections followed by soothing and nurturing yoga nidra, restorative, somatic movement or yin. We finish just as the sun is setting, so time for some quiet reflection or enjoy a sunset swim. Booking + Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS: Spaces for my coaching, trainings and events are limited and therefore must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment. Before committing to a program, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of it. CANCELLATIONS: Mentoring & Coaching Packages • 30 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 30 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Mentoring Sessions, Classes and 1-to-1 • 48 hours or more prior to event start time: session will be rescheduled. • 48 hours or less cancelling, rescheduling or no show, full session fee will be charged. Short Courses & One Day Events • 14 days or more prior to event start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 13 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Trainings and Retreats • 90 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less deposit (or 10% admin fee if no deposit) • 89 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. To help keep events (and my livelihood!) viable, these policies are firm. With regret, no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
