About the Retreat

Our time away from it all

This time 're-treating' in nature can help us get back on track with what really matters to us, what truly lights us up!

I’m offering you a unique opportunity to return back home to yourself so that the heart and spirit can get loud and resolute once again.

I’ll be deep diving into yoga philosophy and using many tools to take us on this journey - all held in the safe, brave and supportive environment this work needs when “coming back home to ourselves.” Including -

Yoga | Meditation | Deep rest | Breath-work | Swimming | Journaling | Dharma talks on yoga philosophy and it's relevance in our lives today, group reflections on the joys and struggles of being human.

Be prepared to go deep and laugh HARD!
